All US citizens CAN come home.
If you are infected you will spend 14 days in quarantine at a US military base.
Those two things don’t conflict with each other.

True. I am infected. I am in France. I have relatives in Mexico. Just go fly there and get in.
But easier just to take the train to UK and fly in from there.

I live in WA state , and I think they should quarantine us. It is already here big time, and shutting us down would slow the spread of this virus.

There should be specially equipped planes with containment units, like they did with the citizens evacuated from Wuhan and the Diamond Princess (just do it in stages in small groups though, not 100s at a time).
They cannot just allow infected people on commercial flights, that's common sense.
Maybe I missed it but I didn’t see anything about Americans not being allowed back into the country.
