That is true, but I had a real hankering for my monthly treat of bacon and eggs without having to do any cooking or cleanup at home. My leisure time sipping coffee and reading the news was sure dashed to bits.

Yes depression is contagious and so is fear and hysteria.
At the end of the day common sense should reign, but for Christians other things take precedent even more than that. Spiritual death is of far greater horror than even physical.
What some people call social distancing is solitude to others for not having to put up with so many monkeys and other idiots.
Move to a large city and you can see why the are not the party parade people.
Part of me actually enjoys not having the pressure to go out.
If we stay in front of the virus’s spread now, there will be a lot less fear and hysteria in the long run.
You can stay couped up wherever. God controls who lives and dies. With or without a pandemic.
