This is a moment for the USA to come together.

Leadership required from all when times change on a dime.

It’s happened before, it’s happening now and it will happen again.

The young crowd wants guidance. Provide it.

Uh, no... Those things have some kind of chemical on them that you can never get off...lol

Lucky for me, I have some old, moldy, burlap bags I can cut up to use! :)

You could cut a single roll of paper towels into about three rolls with a really sharp knife, and use that. Just don't flush 'em. A small trash receptacle with a foot operated lid, and an inner liner with a bail is what we have in each bathroom. You can find these at the big box stores, including hardware, and online. Add a disposable plastic liner and dispose of regularly.

I think this TP shortage will hopefully go away in the next week or two at the most.

I’m thinking the same thing, but we just hate to send her out for us, knowing what it’s like. Probably tomorrow or the next day we will ask her to go shopping for us. That picture was of my last hash brown. :(

She can handle it.

Tell her how important it is.

Oh yeah... Will certainly shower her with praise. Just got her drivers license about 3-4 months ago. She’s a responsible young lady. Doesn’t get that from my genes. At 16, while off on my motorcycle, in a whole other town, I met her grandmother. But that’s another story...:)

Well, I lost my Dad at 13 and it was just growing up fast and getting in the service.

The rest is history.

I'm very sad to hear about your loss. I lost my Dad, in '09. 13 is a rough time to lose your Dad, though there is never a good time, at least it wasn't for me.

Like I said early, there are far more important things in our life than money, a job/career, or status. In some ways our society sucks in that we don't get to spend that much time, while we're here on earth, with the ones we should be spending it with.

A strange but true story of something that happened to me recently. I was amazed by it. I don't know when you take time to communicate with God, but for me it's at bedtime.

So, I ask God to not only look out for those here, but also for those who've passed. This particular night, I added a little something extra to my usual prayer. I asked God to let me see my dad again, someday.

And you know what! That very night I dreamed of sitting down with Dad at our favorite little hole-in-the-wall dinner for lunch! We got to talk and it was as real as a dream can get! :)

You will.

I had dreams of my Dad walking into the old house.

I asked where he had been, he just said away.

It was the end of the dream.

My dream ended abruptly too.

Not heated, but I gotta say I’m digging it.

To me it was a confirmation.

I have no doubt. There is so much we just don't understand about the world we're living in. How it's made or even the sum of forces and entities.

Carl Sagan, an atheist, used to say, "If there is no life in outer space, then it's an awful waste of space."

I like to say, "If there is no life after death, then it's an awful waste of life."

:)

I've haven't either. Didn't even tell my wife about it.

I'd be willing to bet it's not the only strange thing you've experienced in that regard. Especially near the time your Dad left this world. Maybe most people experience something similar. Like us, they keep it to themselves. :)

We have the heated one! I am in love with it. Toilet paper needs are drastically reduced.

Walmart cancelled mine out two days.

If we interpreted their email later this evening, you can only place an order current date and the following day. So, today (tuesday) and tomorrow (wednesday) are booked. Hoping at midnight, Thursday opens up.

I know Walmart sells bleach crystals. It is very potent.

Help is a hard thing to come by.

You try to make it easy when you able.

I have 144 rolls bought in December.
I’m just watching the delivery system vs big box.
****************************************************************************************
Darn you got me beat. I only have 107 rolls. I bought 12 in med February. All the rest I already had on hand. That’s just the regular amount I usually have on hand. It’s what fits on my light weight shelving.
