Please note that many everyday multivitamin pills (e.g. Once a Day, etc.) have 100% Zinc RDI. Ditto many other supplements etc. (e.g. hair growth pills, etc.).

My multivitamin only has 45% zinc RDA, so I’m taking extra zinc tablets.

I just checked our Mic; no zinc, vitamins only. :(
