The problem with Windows is all of the Crap attached to it. The stuff that Microshaft uses to make money on your clicks and other stuff.

Code is written for the wrong purposes.

Heh, in the old days the lower level of the better iteration of Windows then available was OS/2 that had the ugly Windows GUI.

How little things change through the years.

Windows' "lower level" is the Microsoft NT kernel. Nothing whatsoever to do with the Linux kernel.
