No. I bothered to actually read the non-breathless news about them.

They’ve been around for a long time, and just aren’t that dangerous.
As always if you are allergic it can kill you. It does have a nasty venom, made worse by the large quantity of venom they inject. The “seek medical help” line is 10 or more stings, which is much lower than for most hornets, but again BIG bug.
Also they’re in a very small range. If you don’t live in British Columbia or Washington, don’t worry about it.
Really people, stop being addicted to panic. It’s bad for you. Stresses the heart, and impedes thinking. Last thing this country needs is people making themselves stupid on panic addiction.

On earthquake debris.
Or possibly in ornamental plants.

Great. The next damn panic. Will they shut down the country over it?

The country has gotten dumb enough. Time for everybody to lower their pulse, take some breaths, and chill.

They are big enough to carry a GPS tracking device. Follow them back to the nest and ignite.

I haven’t seen many people being ‘panicked’ over the hornets. Most responses have been humorous.

I have always been terrified of Mothra and Rodan.
Mothra
Rodan
Guess I will add "Murder Hornets" to the list.

The only concern is what it could do to the bee population.
On top of the locusts in East Africa and Asia, and everything else, we could be in for a rough ride.

Asia has jumped up my ladder on places to loathe. After surviving a few Army training courses in the swamp lands of Louisiana, I though I’d NEVER dislike a place more, but Asia? You’re totally gaining ground! ;)
