US Adults, inclusive of illegals, Resident Aliens and people who never registered to vote.

Whether you can technically define anybody who would vote for a Democrat in 2020 as an “adult” is open to question.

You have to learn how to read polls. ANY poll of "adults" — as opposed to "voters" or "likely voters" — underrates Republican VOTER numbers by 8 to 10 points.

I doubt that they expect biden to inspire so much enthusiasm that dems flock to the polls to vote for him. Either they will steal the election on a scale never before seen, or they will invent another crisis. I’m betting that dems who don’t believe in God are praying for a hurricane to hit Puerto Rico before November.

He was at 36% personal approval when he won handily in the Electoral College - helped by the fact his opponent was even less liked. He will be above 36% this time around - perhaps significantly. The question then remains what will be the favorables of his opponent?
But are they registered adults, or merely pretenders? :)
I know people like that. Their not really Conservatives.
They don’t like Trump personally, like somethings he has done and dislike other things he has done.
But compared to the Democrats he is a beacon of sanity and they will vote for him.
