I’m utterly against the type of insanity that would have Tim Scott (!) stopped by Capitol police 7 times so far in his Senate career. That would have to be one of the only legitimate applications of “DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM???” that I may actually know of.

However, I still don’t give a rat’s butt about the posers known as Apple Music.

And blacking out their own music? How in the world does that actually help Black artists? Maybe they should show their sympathy by running relatively clean R&B, hip-hop and rap songs for all 24 hours of this not-so-fine Tuesday.

You got it! Hey, let’s sympathize with “The Struggle” by NOT playing music from Black artists all damned day!

I support, FREE music downloads for your lifetime

How about FREE groceries for life? What’s different about that? Don’t music writers, producers, musicians, and those who work in the recording industry deserve to make a living too? You want them to work for nothing? Free gas? Free electricity? What other consumable that you continually use do you want for free?

I’m echoing the expectations of those now enraged against capitalism. They claim to have “rights” to things people have always paid for, education, housing, health care . . . many in the entertainment industry SUPPORT these freebie demands.

they’re years behind current technology and have always been.”

That part is not true. There was a time when they were first to put the latest tech in consumer product. I remember one time I was talking to our Manager and he declared 802.G was still vapor ware and we won’t see it in our w/less base stations for at least a year, at that very moment a shipment of Apple Airport Extreme base stations arrived with full implementation of the 802.G standard. They tend to be a little behind these days but there was a time when they really were the leading edge at least in the consumer realm.

Yeah. Microsoft was one of the companies yesterday that said they were supporting the protesters.

I wonder if Apple would be willing to switch over to a ‘Slim Whitman 24/7’ format?

If we made all the protesters listen to that, maybe their heads would ‘splode like they did in, ‘Mars Attacks!’ and the world would once again be at peace. ;)

It is nice to know who and what companies are into the Virtue Signalling crap, though.

Better to know which ones aren't if you can find any feel free to list them here.

.ever Even if i did it still beats living in the apple concentration camp..

D@mn straight Microsofts camps are much bigger. Try installing 3 or 4 different versions of OS on a PC and run them simultaneously. Used to be you couldn't even install a memory upgrade without re-certifying your computer. That may have been done away with lately haven't bothered to check since I can install most anything I want in my Mac even most made for PC hardware will work. I install Mac OS on my main mac then duplicate that same dive on all my computers, I have 9 on my home network plus multiple iPhones and iPads all operate flawlessly and have for nearly 10 years since I only have 1 computer that is less than two years old, most are 2012 models and still run Catalina.

why teach the kids something that NOBODY but graphic designers used?

What claptrap. They use stuff that works that is why. The internet is supposed to be platform independent and for the most part that is true. Information is the game learning is the goal. Word Perfect works on either platform and free clones are available for any of them. Apple has actually made their free applications web based so they don't care what you use.

You sound like the kind of people that demanded keyboard skills be taught when voice to text was already on line, now all we seem to need is thumbs. Times change so do people and skill sets. Used to be that pick and shovel was an entry level skill, backhoes killed that job, now you would be better served learning heavy equipment, at least for now.

I have used Apple products for 30 years and can honestly say I have had one iMac that had a hard drive go bad, still under warranty. Everything else I have owned I passed down to family and friends so don't know when or if those died. I still have a G4 Mac Mini with all the stuff I used to love on it and all of it still works running OS X and OS9 as an app works fine.

I am no power user anymore because I don't attempt to have the latest and greatest because I don't need a $50,000.00 Mac Pro for the limited stuff I do. I enjoy watching new stuff on YouTube and old craftsmen keeping the past alive. I use old tech to record TV series that I can cut the vulgar language and LGBT cr@p from for the wife and grand kids.

I don't hate you for using Microsoft products and you shouldn't hate people the chose Apple products no matter the reason.

Apple Haters are no different that Never Trumpers they seem to hate because they just do. Makes no sense to me.

The world of computing has changed so much that 98% of the people can get along just fine with a phone or tablet they are consumers not producers. Well except for propaganda of course.
