It looked like the dumbass touched the cop’s gun. It wasn’t much of a push but I guess the guy lost his balance.

Yes, it looked like the old guy moved his hand towards the cop's belt or gun, which is a no-no. The cops gave him a decent shove, but I think his advanced age contributed to the fall, as well.
