I would imagine a dozen lawyers are reaching out to her and willing to take the case. This mortgage company will have dig up a fair amount of money (probably more than $10-million) to pay this lady off. I’m guessing the board is meeting today and discussing how this action occurred, and who exactly signed off.

Yeah, its a very dangerous precedent.
If I were a prospective lawyer, I’d be drafting briefs to the courts, already, to seize all personnel records of all employees, computers, access to emails, inter office messaging systems, cell phones, text messages, phone records, and have an army of computer forensic folks on standby.
And be licking my chops for all the depositions that will be coming.
