Special Dispatch to the New-York Times. BALTIMORE, Wednesday Evening, June 20. The Convention has made very little progress as yet. Everything awaits the report of the Committee on Credentials, which was promised at first for this afternoon, and is now set down for to-morrow morning. It certainly involves no small amount of labor. There will be two reports, a majority and minority. The former will rehearse all the facts of the several contested delegations, and will argue the whole question very fully, in each case. It is this which causes the delay in its preparation. The majority report will be in favor of admitting the Douglas delegates from the South, and will be signed by fifteen or sixteen members. The minority report will be signed by ten. The Tennessee member of the Committee asks to be excused from voting.
