I think being interested in history also puts things in perspective. This COVID19 sucks but it is nothing compared to plagues and Spanish Flu.

Ever read the book of Revalation? If not I’d suggest it, you might see a few similarities to what’s going on. Also the Left Behind novel...very interesting in these times.
