I tell you what ... BLM and Rats in general are making my work environment a conservative-only zone. That’s far from hostile. No Rats will be hired. Any Rat detected will be fired and replaced by conservative. My current startup is probably the last business I build - getting old here. I will demand and make sure my work environment is pleasant, enjoyable and highly productive. Rats need not apply.

Black Lives Matter^TM also known as Bigoted Lynch Mob (BLM) is most certainly contributing to a hostile work environment.

The lawsuits aren't going to start with the targeted white males but with other "persons of color" who want to go after the deep corporate pockets of their employers who welcomed such hate. They can also sue the Black Lives Matter^TM corporation, both for the funds as well as the communications with their employer.
