I learned decades ago in “sensitivity classes” in my first job, that there are “protected classes” of people, and I wasn’t one of them. My internalization of this was “don’t say anything at work”, no “art” in the office, work is for “work”.
Now the “woke” leper colony that I am at is amping this crap up 3000% for the Democrats. My response is to not participate at all. I just say, “I am not protected, so I shouldn’t risk being involved”. Of course, no work is being done anymore, but that doesn’t matter to the “woke”.
As an aside, stick to “BLM”. If asked to spell it out, use “Burn, Loot Murder”. It’s Maoist to get you to repeat their mantra. Like, it’s the “Chinese Army” but they want you to say the words of “PLA” everywhere, like the People are ever going to be Liberated.

I tell you what ... BLM and Rats in general are making my work environment a conservative-only zone. That’s far from hostile. No Rats will be hired. Any Rat detected will be fired and replaced by conservative. My current startup is probably the last business I build - getting old here. I will demand and make sure my work environment is pleasant, enjoyable and highly productive. Rats need not apply.
The lawsuits aren't going to start with the targeted white males but with other "persons of color" who want to go after the deep corporate pockets of their employers who welcomed such hate. They can also sue the Black Lives MatterTM corporation, both for the funds as well as the communications with their employer.
