For forty-some years, it has been settled case law, at the USSC level, that the police have ***no*** responsibility to protect any one individual outside of a ‘special relationship.’ The police have no responsibility to stop an assault, robbery or even a murder occurring right in front of them. Ms. Malkin won’t even be able to sue them.

If attendees had defended themselves against the BLM clad attackers the police would have stopped it.
