They have some tough choices to make - whether to stay and try to defend their property from rioters by themselves, or leave for more sane locales. Duly elected governments have a right to decide how their police departments will respond to crime, and Seattle's city government has done so, deciding that lawlessness by left-wing rioters is to be tolerated.
