Today’s music represents the anti-structural and dumbed-down nature of modern communication. Songs have unimaginative, repetitive melodies (if any melody at all), little or no harmony, no narrative, and repetitive lyrics. There is little structure, but a linear percussive beat with sparse instrumentation. Many of the singers adopt the exact same style, with little personal stamp, and the effect is that of a sexual plaything with a delivery of faux innocence and vulnerability.
Totally agree. I don’t like to sound like an old fogey but most of the music I hear on the radio today is basically just some kind of “throb” with a female belting out nonsense. I turn that stuff off.

I have to admit, the inanity of the Left makes a square impact with my funny bone.
I just wish their stupidity would be confined to humor only. Their mental illness which would otherwise be ripe territory for ridicule, can have real impact on our lives in a bad way.
Not sure why you would reference COBOL like that. A COBOL program dies if there is even one misplaced period ... and even a small COBOL program has many ‘dots’.

These agitation bits have been a thing now since before Trump started running for office. Kicked into high gear as his election deflated Cruz's and his picked up steam. These tidbit media points are nothing, but exist only to generate clicks & comments etc....
