“Gates said something about me not knowing what I was doing,” Musk told Swisher. “It’s like, ‘Hey, knucklehead, we actually make the vaccine machines for CureVac, that company you’re invested in.'” He was referring to the fact that Tesla manufactures equipment for the German biopharmaceutical firm CureVac.

Well... he is right about Gates. And COVID-19 vaccines will be voluntary in the US if Trump gets his way... which he will.
This is the end for Musk, the left will not tolerate it. It’s leftest who are mostly buying Teslas and I expect SpaceX in Texas to be shutdown soon. They will sic the environmentalist and the politicians on him.

This isn't the first time Elon has talked like this. Earlier in the Covid thing, the area government officials tried to prevent him from opening his production plant in the Bay Area. After threatening to move his production facility and headquarters to Texas, they gave in. At that time he expressed his disgust with the lockdown.

My sister is a doctor, and she told me that the relatively small death rate isnt necessarily the worst aspect of this virus. Colleagues and other patients who are only in their 20s and 30s and healthy who have had it and recovered have reported that they are still having issues months later with muscle pains, shortness of breathe and even neurological symptoms such as anxiety and panic attacks and preliminary research indicates that some people have been left with kidney damage that has left them on dialysis and in need of kidney transplant long term. They aren’t really talking about this though, everyone is talking about the death rate as if that is the only issue being caused by this virus. Even if you survive, you aren’t necessarily going to emerge unscathed.
What do you have against Musk?
That’s the case for any virus infection. What percentage of those with covid is this happening to? From what I’ve heard, it’s not an abnormal amount.
