School officials in Florida have fired a high school principal again over comments he made regarding the Holocaust
A Florida high school principal was fired again on Monday over a comment he made to a student's parent last year regarding the Holocaust.
The Palm Beach County School Board's vote on Monday morning reversed an earlier decision to reinstate Spanish River High School Principal William Latson.

On Monday, the board reversed course and voted 7-0 to fire Latson following outrage in the Jewish community, the Palm Beach Post reported.

I don’t know how it works in FL, but here in MO, principals have very little employment protection, nothing like tenure. They basically serve at the pleasure of the board. It could well be that as the board members heard more complaints, they decided they’d be better off without him.
I bet he says man made global warming is a factual event.
They obviously did not want to fire him but only retired him because of the public outrage. The legal problem is that he’s going to say it is transparently political in nature and so he should be compensated for breach of contract.

I have FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE with this guy. When my son needed a second chance at Spanish River for his senior year he made my son transfer to Boca High for his senior year. If you want the details send me a PM.
I can say my son did everything required of him and this POS used my son as a pawn.
