Nonsense!

You’re talking sedition! To destroy law and order is to destroy our nation!

Stop perpetrating the deep state strategy!

The problem is you can’t invalidate a state’s electoral votes.

The Trump team should take it to the Supreme Court. Show evidence of massive voter fraud. Then tell the Justices that the only way to avoid really bitter partisan divisions that would render the federal government dysfunctional would be to order a re-vote with LOTS of observers and other safeguards present.

If one side loses the re-vote, they can’t claim it lacked democratic legitimacy. They wouldn’t like losing but they would have to admit it was the will of the people.

Barring that, I will write my representative and Senator and tell them that the Biden administration is illegitimate and that in order to defend the sanctity of the democratic vote, they must obstruct the administration in every possible way - including refusing to confirm all cabinet and judicial appointments. To do anything else would be to confer legitimacy on them and to reward the outright theft of our ultimate right - the right to vote.

Some good points...

“Barr has not standing to do anything is an election that is specifically in the Constitution as being directed by the State Legislator.

Barr stepping into this would be akin to him being involved in a DUI. It’s not his jurisdiction.”

Good point except the fraud was coordinated across state lines.

*********************************
So if any given State officials openly admitted that they tampered with the election, threw out ballots and essentially stole the election for one candidate and that same State’s Attorney General said yes I’m aware of all of it I know it happened but I’m not doing anything about it. What happens?

Absolutely correct! If the GOP does not kill every bill out of the House and block every judicial and cabinet appointment I will not support them in 2022. They need to know how pissed off we are.

Biden has his first day to-do-list, so should we.

1) No stimuleous money, we have gone to far in the hole as it is, tell the lazy asses to get a job. Trump should absolutely tell them to pound sand this is an issue for the incoming administration.

2) McConnell then tells them no bail out money for Sanctuary States and Cities period.

3) No DACA deal. You had your chance. Biden cannot grant blanket amnesty, even Obama admitted that. We will take him to court if he tries. Now if you want to fund the remainder of the wall and agree to no anchor babies and lotteries maybe we can see our way clear on DACA.

4) No budget, until mass mail in voting is made illegal in all federal elections, only absentee ballots.

5) Cut NPR and Plan Parenthood funding.

6) Screw it, no more budgets for the next four years, funds stay at 2019 levels. We did it under Obama we can do it again.

7) Slow walk all judicial appointments, vote down (simple majority) any radical judge nominees and the same goes for cabinet posts.

The difference is, OUR SIDE ACTUALLY HAS BEEN CHEATED. Their feelings are irrelevant; they’re the ones who committed the fraud.

The left always wants to 'get together and heal'... It's so stupid. They need to stop cheating, burning down our cities and trying to destroy our laws... We're still not going to like them but it'd go a long way toward us not hating them...

Question? If Trump resigned before the Inauguration Pence would be sworn in for a few days. Pence then could give Trump Amnesty for any election law violations related to 2016. That would kill the SDNY case, right? Technically Pence would be the 46th President if only for a month? Just kidding Trump would never do that, but it would be fun to watch heads explode.

That’s the best practical remedy, but I doubt that any legal remedy exists for implementing it. Too many lawyers have been involved over the years in lobbying for the laws (bar associations). Lawyers are made wealthy by chaos and harm against the best of Americans, and those are the evils that they lobby for (e.g., divorce laws).

If the Democrats take over, there’s only one effective way short of direct violence to effectively fight them. Boycott the economy. Become a nation of do-it-yourself-ers living in austerity. Save and become more technically inclined and self-sufficient. On vices and morality, try to get closer to impeccability. Become more physically fit. Avoid patronizing the big media companies, fashions, big spectator sports, etc.

That is the way to becoming hardened, immovable and capable of winning a conflict.

Really! They have been protesting and refusing to accept the LAST election for the last four years but now they demand that we accept their stolen one??? Hypocrites!

Courts can order it. This was exactly the remedy ordered in my district in North Carolina last year. We had no US Representative for a year. Then we had a special election.

If so, I hope that it’s done that way then. Good post, BTW.

Most of the gop would actually just roll over and go along to get along. They really don’t like Trump and would be happy to revert back to their self serving swampy ways

I cannot argue with you on that, the establishment does not like Trump. But the GOP needs Trump voters and our money. They will pander to us until mid-terms.

Excellent...while strictly hypothetical, if the tables were reversed, do you not think that the democratic legislators would support their duly elected candidate?
In a heart beat.

Even if it were legal, it would be bad optics - what WE need to do is show support on Facebook and Twitter and by donating to Team Trump
