As things stand no matter which side wins the pending litigation, the other side is going to feel like it has been cheated. This will be terrible for the country. Lawmakers will be under tremendous pressure from their partisans to refuse to cooperate on anything and to sabotage what they see as an illegitimate administration at every turn.
This has never happened in a presidential election before, but it has happened in congressional elections. I know because my district had no US Representative for a year and a special election was held when one side was found to have engaged in ballot harvesting which is illegal in North Carolina.
Having Michigan and Wisconsin and Pennsylvania (maybe Georgia and North Carolina) re-vote will cost money and will be arduous for the voters but the cost of that is far cheaper than a country almost literally at each other's throats and a federal government so dysfunctional it cannot get anything done.
Barring that, I will write my representative and Senator and tell them that the Biden administration is illegitimate and that in order to defend the sanctity of the democratic vote, they must obstruct the administration in every possible way - including refusing to confirm all cabinet and judicial appointments. To do anything else would be to confer legitimacy on them and to reward the outright theft of our ultimate right - the right to vote.

Why would one cooperate with these traitorous coup participants? All should be arrested for their uncivil criminal perfody.
The results from those states and tainted and a new election in those states should be demanded by Trump ASAP.

What Trump needs to do RIGHT NOW , while they are battling all the fake voting results, is ORDER his DoJ to let go with both barrels on ALL pending investigations that involve Biden , Obama and Clinton . REVEAL EVERYTHING , hold NOTHING back! No Excuses! Order it done and done immediately. Also ORDER all civil unrest swept from the street , with mlitary force if necessary. They want chaos? GIVE THEM CHAOS ! He has several months to totally and utterly DESTROY them . No one is going to be inaugurated ‘president’ if they are under detention for TREASON and massive corruption. Just NUKE THEM ! They asked for it , they deserve it. Do it!

The real remedy is to outlaw vanity posts for the next few weeks.
I have thought about this possibility, but I believe the only way it would happen is if the vote count challenge by either campaign on any particular state(s) goes all the way to the Supreme Court, and they decide that there is no way to ascertain if the vote was legitimate and no re-count would fix it. They could give the state the option to re-vote, or to not have their EVs be taken into consideration.
I totally agree. I think the Trump camp should demand the elections in all the contested battleground states be nullified and a new special election should be held. No mail in ballots and monitored equally by both sides.
Barr has not standing to do anything is an election that is specifically in the Constitution as being directed by the State Legislator.
Barr stepping into this would be akin to him being involved in a DUI. It’s not his jurisdiction.
No re-vote, they would just steal it again
Only remedies
1) The Republican grow a spine and the Republican controlled legislators in all these states void the results and submit their own electors
