This is one reason why I would like to see SCOTUS take on this case.
I want to see the remedy in action when such a thing happens.
One could say- yeah, we hear you..we dont care..and we are going to have the fraud happen anyway...and you cant prove it because we defied your order.
So then what?
I hate to admit how little I know of this sort of thing, but... will this case be decided by one judge (and we hope they get a Republican in the luck of the draw) or does it go before a whole panel of them, like (I guess) the Supreme Court does it...?
