Having quickly read the 104-page complaint, here are the highlights.
Sidney Powell promised to release the Kraken and show Americans the scope of election fraud on November 3, 2020. Shortly before midnight on Wednesday, she filed a 104-page complaint detailing everything she asserts took place in Georgia. This post will give you a very brief overview of the allegations.
You can view the complaint here. The narrative bounces around, so I’ve organized it by chronology and subject matter. The causes of action arise under Georgia election law, federal law, and the Constitution.
The complaint repeats what Powell has said before about Dominion and Smartmatic voting machines being created to help Hugo Chavez win elections. (You can learn more about Dominion’s history here.)
Powell quotes a Venezuelan whistleblower’s direct testimony about the two systems, including Chavez’s requirements that the software would hide vote manipulation from audits. The computers were designed to enable virtually endless vote manipulation throughout the voting process, whether printing ballots, feeding them into the counting machine, or actually counting them.
The computers were also connected to the internet, so that, when it came to data manipulation, no one had to be physically present with the computers. The systems have been associated with election fraud in various countries.
The fraud began when defendant Governor Kemp, defendant Secretary of State Raffensberger, and the Georgia Board of Elections (members of which are also defendants) hastily bought Dominion Voting Systems software and hardware. Kemp and Raffensberger disregarded all the evidence from Texas and others showing that the machines were vulnerable to fraud and impossible to audit. Ironically, it was Democrats who were initially worried about the systems’ fraud potential.

I am amazed at the level of betrayal that Kemp and Raffensberger heaped on their citizens.
The design and features of the Dominion software do not permit a
simple audit to reveal its misallocation, redistribution, or deletion of votes.
First, the system’s central accumulator does not include a protected real-time
audit log that maintains the date and time stamps of all significant election
events. Key components of the system utilize unprotected logs. Essentially
this allows an unauthorized user the opportunity to arbitrarily add, modify,
or remove log entries, causing the machine to log election events that do not
reflect actual voting tabulations—or more specifically, do not reflect the
actual votes of or the will of the people. (See Hursti August 2019 Declaration,
attached hereto as Exh. 4, at pars. 45-48; and attached hereto, as Exh. 4B,
October 2019 Declaration in Document 959-4, at p. 18, par. 28).
Money is more important than political beliefs.

Disqualifier right there. Any election results that cannot be audited must be declared invalid... It would be like if all the ballots had been shredded. (They probably already did that, too.)
Yeah those 2 are dirty and they know they will be caught. Did she have evidence they were hooked to the internet and were tampered with or does that info come out in court. Like the server retrieved from Germany. I am not overly smart with the way the system is going to work in this case..
Kemp and Raffensberger are traitors of the highest order. They betrayed their fellow Georgians as well as the whole country. They make Romney and other Never Trumpers look good, as they are at least honest in letting everyone know where they stand.
As traitors, they are essentially worse than BLM/Antifa rioters. They need to be tried and jailed for life.
Someone will have to get a judge to let them audit it. Or is that wrong. We have to see the machines to check them. Unless they have the server from Germany that shows the change was made and sent to the machines in certain states.

They can be subpoenaed to reveal what they were doing in the absence of supervision.

Of course not, that was by design IMO. No chain of custody which makes it totally unreliable. Why would anyone allow these machines to be used other than wanting to deliberately manipulate the vote count.
Honestly, I never heard of these two prior to the stolen election debacle.

Georgia’s Gov Kemp is apparently involved in the Covid supplies scheme......state officials send huge amounts of TAX DOLLARS to China under the cover of buying “Covid supplies,” then China launders the money into financial kickbacks for the officials’ family members, hedge fund, foundation, N/P and/or business entities.........
