Wictor seems to be hinting as pence black hat

I’m not sure of that. In many of his prior posts, he has said very positive things about Pence. Including that Pence has earned the right to run for POTUS after DJTs 2cnd term.
In the recent Video, showing Miller thanking Pence, Wictor seems to indicate that Miller was involved in some covert op that took place after August. (maybe gathering the info on the election fraud?).
Kesterson, on the other hand, used the same Video of Miller and Pence as a negative toward Pence. Sort of assumed that Miller had not had any operation that would have provided an opportunity for Pence to be his mentor.
Kesterson also interpreted Pence’s expression to mean that he was not pleased with what Miller said.

Well...I heard that too, but I saw the video and it was impossible to read Pence' expression. The only part of his face unmasked were his eyes and forehead.
