Fried potatoes...Season corn starch. Dry potato cuts...dip in cornstarch...wipe off excess. Fry in olive oil.

I leave the skins on.

I used Russet.

Just saw a recipe on Daily mirror for putting starch in scrambled eggs. people were raving about what it does to them
