Biggest issue for the moron....the US Marshals handle the security and all the other stuff in federal court system. He tries to run to the FBI or DOJ, they don’t have any jurisdiction over any of that. And, I’d love to see the either come after the members of the Marshal’s Service. Maybe, if by some inexplicable way, the judge gets paper on these folks, one of two might rollover, but what if they don’t...ha ha ha ha ha
The judge is an ACTUAL Democrat [worked in the Party before his appointment] who was installed by Rapin Bill Clinton.

The prisoners were in her custody. She leaves, they leave. I’ve had similar situations with state prisoners when I was a Corrections officer. I had a hospital nurse supervisor try to flex on me and tell me an officer could not be with the prisoner during a surgical procedure. So I informed her we were leaving to go to another hospital. She then tried to tell us we couldn’t leave with the prisoner. So I pulled out my phone. I told her “you call your supervisor, I’ll call mine. Let’s see who’s right”. I make the call. She comes back 5 minutes later, all dejected and butthurt and says “let me show you where the scrubs are. Never had a problem with her ever again.

Do not defy a Judge in his or her own courtroom. They have an incredible amount of power.

I concur with you. Still he did have the right to have her remove herself from the court. As far as the defendants go, I can’t be sure what might be the legal reality there.
