There will be 4th July fireworks in the Los Angeles County this year...Rose Bowl...Long Beach...
Some people insist on playing with their own fireworks...That was true even before COVID...In some parts of CA, some people just cannot resist the temptation to play with fireworks...It is very unlikely that you will see people play with fireworks in Beverly Hills or Manhattan Beach...But, South Los Angeles or East Los Angeles...A totally different story...
Was in South Central one Fourth of July in the late 70s and yes indeed. Lots of fireworks.
Wow. LA is still having their fireworks? I heard of cities canceling their July 4th fireworks MONTHS ago; I assumed such a place as LA would have as well. My hats off to them.
My county allows fireworks (rednecks, ya know) plus I live in a military town. There’s 3 tents selling fireworks within a 1/2 mile of my house. I’ll be able to sit in my back yard and watch fireworks all weekend!
I do feel bad for the guys in the neighborhood who have PTSD, though.
