I understand why the original framers of the constitution arranged the government and the balancing powers as they did. If, say, the DOJ was in the possession of Congress instead of the Administration, it would forever be focused on destroying any section 0f government not of its own party. Theoretically, whatever one administration does can be reversed by a different administration except where the FBI/DOJ grants permanent irrevocable clemency, as they did with Hillary Clinton. What the founders didn’t take into account is that the agencies, although theoretically subservient to the Administration, would become political actors against the administration, as they did against Trump. Regardless of whatever the Founders had done, the efforts of liberals never cease, never vary...they are “terminators” who will not stop until they have total power. Once they have it they will destroy all to maintain it.
The best thing about them, though, is none of them appear to be very competent. Obama was more focused on himself than in creasing liberal power. Biden is a literal idiot and Nancy is older than rocks. We are lucky there doesn’t seem to be a vital, energetic young Stalin in the wings. And, if there was and he didn’t hide himself well, he’d be found dead after a failed “robbery” where, somehow, nothing he had on him was stolen. (Yep, just another statistic. Case closed.)
NYS immunized nursing homes and the people running them.
From both civil and criminal liability.
Albany snuck that provision into the budget that year, in April.
A month AFTER Cuomo started sending them back from nursing homes.
And Cuomo started sending them back two weeks AFTER Fedzilla relaxed the regs and allowed nursing homes to refuse.
Cuomo did this. The legislature cooperated.
FWIW, I think it’s very likely that the death stats are inflated. NYS has been goosing the case count all along. An Epidemic isn’t going to scare people without a lot of people dying.
States aren’t the only things in need of an audit.
We need to look at the medical records and death certificates for every CoupFlu death in NYS.
Two other stats to check are dementia deaths and failure to thrive on death certificates,
If those suddenly dropped like a rock during CoupFlu, then that might be another clue that the stats are crap.
I am NOT, repeat NOT, minimizing the loss suffered by families who lost elderly loved ones to CoupFlu.
But we need a detailed picture of who, what, where, when, and why.
And we won’t get it if we start out making assumptions.
We need to collect the facts, then let the chips fall where they may.
The DOJ has to keep its agents free to investigate the worst thing that has ever happened on American soil: The Jan 6th insurrection.
There is no equal protection under the law, no objective law enforcement, no functioning government AT ALL.
We are close to Mad Max’s timeline, without the cool souped-up cars.

For those who think we have to follow every rule and law to a T, while the enemy within changes this nation to a socialist country... while the enemy within overthrows the election voted by the citizens.. while the enemy within destroys the citizens freedoms and takes control over all of government.
And then there are voices who say we can’t do anything... no path to do what has to be done..
Of course there is a path. First call it what it is... treason.. and then look up the consequences of such.
The whole blasted government has been corrupt for too long and if we let it go, we are sunk as a nation and sunk for the whole world.
Too bad it takes losing a world war to get there.
Because not all judges are corrupt. Because civil lawsuit require a different standard of proof. Because civil litigants have options such as class action that are not available in criminal actions. Because a civil suit is not brought by the government, i.e. prosecutors who may have political motives. And more.
I know it’s early here on the left coast but I don’t understand your post. I think what #2 posted is correct. Families filing suit is probably the only way there will be any justice for the victims, in this era of insanity.
How does that post infer #2 approves of corrupt judges? Please explain.
