A Detroit woman said she was temporarily banished from Facebook for “hate speech” after participating in a time-honored tradition: commenting on a meme labeling the opposite sex as “dumb.”
“At first I thought it was a joke [and] I’m like yeah right I’m blocked … what?” Candace King told Fox News of her social media timeout, which allegedly occurred after she participated in a thread entitled “why men are so dumb.”

Men are not dumb. We are, however, the sole sex that insists on attempting to launch bottle rockets from our butt cheeks. So there’s that.
There’s some lesson there about a goose and a gander.
Guess they’d have a fit over the crazy hot matrix.
You can’t say “why are men so dumb” because that would include men in classes protected due to ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, political affiliation, or generous campaign contribution. She should have been more specific.
Lucky woman. Facebook is like crack cocaine. It's got to be avoided.
Not to mention the other sex “is dumb”, depending on if you are a woman or a man.

It sounds like something Zuck’s Geheime Staatspolizei would do. I’ve been in FB jail many a time for telling an honest opinion. Now I have to use euphemisms and other words to get a meaning across.

We got a good laugh over censorship a few nights ago.
We were watching old programs on METV with the closed captions on. We noticed that some words had parts of them Xd out.
The first one we noticed was tyxxxx which turned out to be tycoon. Then the butler’s name was partially Xd out, xxxxens.
That was Dickens, the butler. Another was the word suspicious. That one took me a while to figure out. It was suxxxxious. They had Xd out the S-P-I-C in the middle of the word!
Plenty of “dumb husband” commercials like when he says “Honey, the Ajax turned blue!” Smart Wife then explains to gape-mouthed Dumb Husband the chemical properties of Ajax.
“Men are not dumb.”
No, they are not. But speaking as a 58 year-old woman, I cana tell you they are quite necessary. ;)
