Britney Spears is continuing to assert her right to go topless on social media after a series of racy posts just last week.
On Thursday the 39-year-old pop star shared a video this time of herself clutching her breasts wearing tiny daisy duke shorts.
Sealing the post with 'three kisses' she tilted her head back while baring her chest amid her continued conservatorship war against father Jamie Spears.
The Toxic hitmaker's post comes just one day after documents filed in a Los Angeles Superior Court on July 28 showed that her medical team supported efforts to remove Jamie as conservator of her estate.
Documents obtained by USA Today, maintain that her temporary conservator Jodi Montgomery asserted that her 'medical team agrees that it is not in the best interest of the conservatee for Mr. Spears to be and remain conservator of the estate.'
On Monday her new attorney Mathew Rosengart petitioned to replace her father with Jason Rubin, a certified public accountant.

I understand that you feel like you shouldn’t have to ‘walk on eggshells’ just because you have a legal case going, but this is not using your brain. It doesn’t really make their case against her, but it sure doesn’t help.

People looking in have no idea what it can be to deal with someone who is mentally ill.
I have no doubt Britney has been taken advantage of throughout her life by all kinds of people.
