Documents obtained by USA Today, maintain that her temporary conservator Jodi Montgomery asserted that her ‘medical team agrees that it is not in the best interest of the conservatee for Mr. Spears to be and remain conservator of the estate.’
So, they think she still needs to be under a conservatorship, they just prefer their own?
