If you want on or off this list, please let me know.
(note this is now simply “animal video” ping, since I feature more than just kittens)

Thank you for posting. I didn’t get why she had been injured but can guess she was a bait dog. My daughter has rescued bate pits, and closed down one dog fighting ring in SE Atlanta. This warms my heart. Watch ‘Kitbull’ https://duckduckgo.com/?q=kitbull&iax=videos&ia=videos&iai=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DAZS5cgybKcI

That was so heartwarming. What a sweetheart. What is her backstory?
I only know what’s in the video. As we often see, they’re usually rescued from deplorable situations, probably involving fighting.
*squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee*
There is a special place in hell for people in this practice.
That was an uplifting video. Thank you.
BTW I have owned a couple of pitties. Sweeties.
bait dog...dog fighting is a huge money maker here around Atlanta. Remember Michael Vick, Falcon’s quarterback, who was arrested for dog fighting? Anyway, my daughter has been in the middle of this very vile ‘hobby’, and successfully stopped one dog fighting ring in her neighborhood.
At the same time, Jesus commands us to forvgive those who are contrite...he seems to have gotten the message and is repentant. So I vacillate on Vic, and I guess people can change....
...but in that vacillation, I also lean towards anyone who is involved in this business being shot on sight. These scum have no soul.
I’ve had neighbors since the ‘80s that have been the definition of bad dog owners. Though they never fought them as some of these “people” have, they’ve emotionally abused them and at one time used their dogs as breeding machines for essentially a puppy mill. They would put the dogs outside no matter the time of year and ignore them. Some would bark day and night.
One time they brought home a beautiful Husky and just left it in the yard all by itself where it would cry all the time. They never played with it. I’d go outside or my father, and the poor thing would howl and cry at us as if to say, “Love me ! Play with me ! Please !” Of course, because a gulch separated our yards and a chain-link fence, we couldn’t do that. Could only talk to the poor dog, which was the only source of comfort it received. Eventually, one day the dog got loose from the yard and ran away and never came back. I hope it found a wonderful home with people that love it and give it tons of attention.
