Surveillance footage that showed the brutal beating of a 22-year-old freelance photographer in Seattle emerged on social media Sunday raising new safety concerns in the city, a report said.
Seattle Police said in a statement that a bystander "came to the victim’s aid and called 911. Medics transported him to Harborview Medical Center, where he received treatment for head trauma and significant injuries to his face."
The suspect was identified as a Black male, 5’10", 180 lbs., with a medium build, and was wearing an orange and yellow t-shirt and black pants with a white stripe down the side at the time of the attack, police said.

I was in a high end portion of Portland back 7 years ago.
Three blacks (who clearly didn’t live there) were harassing a retired couple.
They were all over 6’5.

The schools now have zero tolerance for any violence. Even self defense. Even if you are attacked you are suppose to run or curl up in a ball and take the beatings until an authority figure can save you. Most of these thugs (when caught) are out of jail before their victims are out of the hospital ... and 'forgiven' before the years of physical therapy are over for the innocent ones.
Yes, the concern about that is very high. Also, graffiti, vandalism, bums, and crime are rising in Idaho. Not good.

My uncle did the reverse years ago. He sold lumber for Weyerhaeuser in Idaho and Washington, then moved to Ft. Worth. He always made a ton of money when a tornado wiped out a town.
