I very much doubt your premise, Texas has been coming back for the last 10 years (last year they were improved).
They have been the 800 lbs gorilla and have gotten their way and left destruction in their path for some time now, in the SEC they will simply be another team that is likely to be mediocre at best.
Be careful what you wish for.
Have fun for the next four years in the Big 12, the lowly 8 will look forward even more to each encounter.
