the problem with test 5 is, monoclonals are $1500 to $2500 a pop. times 340 million people. = $850Billion every 90 days, plus multiple center setup staffing and admin costs.
For vaccines, 340 million times $17/pop = $5.7Billion x 2 shots for 6 to 8 months minimum
