It’s a state reg that has been in existence for 18 years....long before Covid existed. You can ask the state how many times they’ve actually used it, and it’ll be a long pause before they answer that question.
And you can go discuss with them the proposed amendment they CURRENTLY want to apply to that rule.
The plandemic was supposed to happen on Hillary CLinton’s watch, so the original was nestled into place in 2013, ready for when she took office.
But they are CURRENTLY trying to amend it for Covid-19.
