You know nothing would stop them from putting Obama back in. The Constitution only says that he can’t be elected again, so he couldn’t run in 2024. Nothing would stop him from being appointed vice president and then becoming president again due to a resignation
Yeah, that same Constitution said he had to be a natural born citizen to be president, how did that go?
