IONIA, Mich. (WOOD) — A Michigan judge has issued an unusual court order requiring that a father and others in his home be fully vaccinated before the man can see his 6-year-old son.
The order, issued in Ionia County, includes a vaccination requirement for Roy Fowler, who is the boy’s father, and anyone around the child, excluding those not eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine or those with a documented medical exemption.
“All parenting time between the defendant and the minor child that takes place in the defendant’s home shall only occur in the home if everyone in the home, including but not limited to, the defendant, the defendant’s wife, or anyone else staying in the home or visiting the home who is lawfully allowed to be vaccinated against the Coronavirus and any of its variants are, in fact, fully vaccinated,” stated the Jan 20. order signed by Circuit Judge Suzanne Kreeger.

Her ignorance is breathtaking. She should not only be removed from the bench, she should be disbarred.
Family courts in this country are out of control. The laws are insane. Family court judges are given ‘great latitude’ by law and this is how they can demand things that by any other constitutional right standard is just way over the line. They are basically empowered by the state to be unaccountable Nazis.

Talk to any family law lawyer and they’ll tell you any number of stories just as bad as this one. Judges have WAY too much power. A family law judge can put you in prison with no charges at his whim. Should be against the law. Probably is against the law. Try fighting it.
A family law judge was acting like an idiot. My attorney very politely started outlining the facts, which were counter what she said. She ordered him to shut up. I had no defense as we were not allowed to speak at all. That’s because the female judge was so bad that any response would have shown how bad she was. We were not allowed to say anything in my defense. Nothing.
Reminds me of when the court ruled against Andrew Jackson. In response to the ruling, Jackson allegedly said, “John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it.”
Maybe I’m not understanding your question.
“Mirror image” usually means an exactly same reflection.
I see a toddler and his Dad, there may be some resemblence but naturally due to age, it’s not going to be a Mirror Image.
If you mean a literal mirror image from someplace in that room, I don’t see that either.
