The Nuremburg Code has never been incorporated into US law either by legislation or treaty. Nor, can they be retroactively incorporated, ex post facto laws are unconstitutional.
Legal principals stand regardless of codification. “Just following orders” like “I did not know I was breaking the law” is not an acceptable defense
