That was called the Nuremberg Defense and it did not work.

But ex post facto laws are prohibited by the Constitution.
Besides, these are not experimental treatments regardless of how many times some say they are. No one is being vaccinated against their will. You can refuse the vaccines. And, no, I don’t like the consequences of refusal isn’t against your will. Anyone anticipating Nuremburg trials in the US for these vaccines will be surely disappointed.

One last thing. BTW, what will you say when they put Trump in the dock for developing these vaccines?
