For gaslighting the nation and committing serious felonies, actor Jussie Smollett was sentenced to a mere 150 days in jail and 30 months of felony probation. He was ordered to pay $120k dollars in restitution and $25k in fines.
According to Just The News:
Jussie Smollett received a sentence of 150 days in jail and 30 months of probation while the judge slammed the actor as “profoundly arrogant, selfish and narcissistic” for faking a hate crime in Chicago in 2019.
The former Empire actor will also be forced to pay $120,000 in restitution and a $25,000 fine, Fox News’ Matt Finn reports.
“I did not do this! I’m not suicidal. If anything happens to me when I go in there, you must all know that,” Smollett said in court Thursday.
Smollett’s supporters, including Samuel L. Jackson, Rev. Jesse Jackson and the organization Black Lives Matter, wrote letters to Judge James Linn asking for leniency. Even Smollett’s 92-year-old grandmother got on the stand and asked for mercy, TMZ reports.
Is this justice? Will Black Lives Matter riot because they think this is TOO HARSH?
Its quite the opposite of Epstein, people in power (like Kamala Harris) did what they could to HELP this guy.

Those are pretty steep fines. 120 days in jail would have been better.
By saying “I’m not suicidal”, he wanted the judge to think he was suicidal — and thus get no jail time.

I’m thinking anything less that 5 years is not justice and anything less than $500k in fines is a slap on the wrist for someone in his position.

This is a very rare instance of a specially privileged member of a government-certified victim group being held accountable, and they don’t like it!
They want the special exemption to continue, and to keep blaming Whitey for their self-induced failures.
This is a felony conviction, however, which is gratifying.
He no longer can own firearms and is disqualified for a variety of jobs and programs.
He got off easy. Antics like his incites others to do things like mow down people marching in a Christmas parade. How many have to die before these hoaxes are taken seriously?

Cook County Jail is NOT a nice place to be. I know a guard there, and I personally know someone who spent six months in there after being falsely accused of harassing his ex wife during a child custody battle. (He eventually won and has full custody of the children.) The absolute HELL he described that place as being, no one would ever want to spend a single night in there.
If Juicy Smolyet survives, it'll only be because he spent a lot of time on his knees. (Just like Kumala Harris.)
