Neither parent was a U.S. Citizen at the time she was born (Student visas) and with a Jamaican Father she is a Jamaican Citizen by their law of Descent. (Jamaican constitution section 3C*) Jamaica allows Dual Citizenship so she probably has U.S. Citizenship / citizenship by birth.
V.P. Kammy recieved a Canadian Grade school /High School education because her mother moved to Canada, a commonwealth country, possibly to avoid deportation after having overstayed her Student Visa. (Was probably a good education, better than Public School in Berkley!)
Did she become a Canadian Citizen when there? Unknown. Does she also have Indian citizenship?? Unknown. Like Obamit she hangs out in that "Umbra" of possible commonwealth citizenship. (India, Jamaica, Canada.) B_Ob. at one point admited that he could have been a commonwealth citizen but had to choose to apply by his 21st birthday.
At The Minimum it should be argued, it should be argued that ANYONE with non citizen parents and dual citizenship should be excluded from the Presidency.

People will argue vociferously that the founders who wanted to exclude foreign influence from the Oval Office meant to include Cubans born in Canada and every Chinese tourist baby and the recent child of a Gov of one of the Mexican states as natural born citizens of the US.

ANYONE born with ANY OTHER citizenship is NOT NATURALLY an American, because they are also something else.
