I will have to disagree with this. Harris is the SECOND worst vice-president in US history. Joe Biden was far worse. The difference, though, is that Biden worked under a president who could, at least, speak coherently. This significantly covered up Biden’s inadequacy. He could at least attend state funerals and state fairs without much controversy, as long as he dept his mouth shut.
The problem for Harris is that she works for an even more incompetent president, and both of them have to talk in public a bit. You can’t hide stupid.
