According to lawyer Robert Barnes, the Supreme Court has ruled, no election once certified can be uncertified. Otherwise, no elected official would ever serve out his term. Every election would be a continuous court fight until the next election.

That's not true. There was a case in Nebraska (Oklahoma?) where it was found the winner, who had taken office, was not eligible.

The law has a doctrine called "de facto officer" to deal with the ramifications of an election reversal decision.

Now, what he may be right about is if a state does take away its electoral college conclusion, no court will accept it, no matter how true or valid.

If the court won't hear it, there is no court fight.

Oh please.
Decertify and show evidence of the massive fraud.
What harm does it do to let Supreme Court decide.

Decertification won’t overturn the EC vote and Pence’s acceptance of it.

It will call BS on it.

Decertify anyway to publicly and loudly acknowledge Democrat Fraud to the American people. The SC will do what it wants with the decertification.

Arrest those responsible at 4:00 am some snowy morning and drag them off to jail in front of Cameras. Charge them and Try them.
