Looks like somebody just ran into a video somehow that’s 2+ years old, got confused and thought it was something current.

I’m saying you shouldn’t worry so much that you got confused about this post, the OP himself apparently didn’t know this video was from Feb 2020 when Covid was running wild in China.
Nobody should mock you for not knowing or taking the minute it would would involve to make sure.
Though you should understand there is an element of humor in you confusion, albeit a small one. It’s as if someone, seeing a video of the 9/11 NYC attacks, thought it happened today or was railing against Japan for “today’s” attacks on Pearl Harbor.
So, understandable, but still evokes a minor giggle.
Again, it’s the weekend and the week ahead should yield more clarity for you. Just an error on your part, not the end of your world.
