Something else to support what you explain here. There are tons of sightings where they appear or disappear from or into what can be described as “portals”. Time space portals? Portals to other dimensions? Both?

These portals/vortexes occur naturally. They just know how to use these. The theory is that all around our planet are time, space, dimension portals. They can enter these and jump to another in a different location, time, or dimension anywhere they choose.
From my own research these natural portals correspond with the intersections of earth’s Ley lines. If you take a map of the UFO sighting “hot spots” and lay it over a map of earth’s Ley lines, the hot spots directly correspond with these intersections.
Many sightings in these particular locations indicate these craft exiting from or entering into portals surrounded by a very quickly forming small cloud. The cloud appears suddenly for no reason and one of these will exit from it. Or a cloud forms suddenly and they enter into it and it disappears.
An example of one of these locations is São Paulo Brazil. It is a huge “portal” sighting location and happens to also be on one of the major Ley line intersections.

I believe in UFOs, I’ve SEEN one! Along with HUNDREDS of other people at the same time. YUGE! Silent. Many lights in triangle patterns. In fact I thought it to be many much smaller individual crafts until it rotated as one unit. Then its size (YUGE) became clear. Its closeness to the ground became apparent. It headed off to the south at a slow speed and was visible for a number of minutes.
Ya know, Blimp/Weather balloon. Except no one had any blimps/weather balloons in the area.
It even made the local Binghamton (12) TV news!
And it could be that these portals are also all over the universe...

I just noticed a an interesting feature on this chart if you look at the formatting for the states read the state of Delaware, it is hyphenated “Dela-ware.”
