"If the evidence is correct and no logical errors have been made, a 13th Amendment restricting lawyers from serving in government was ratified in 1819 and removed from US Constitution during the tumult of the Civil War. Since the Amendment was never lawfully repealed, it is still the Law today. The implications are enormous."

It should be noted that Lincoln was the first attorney POTUS

I had heard that Lincoln was the first Esq. POTUS, however, I’ve been searching for something resembling an original source to that effect. I do see numerous references to Adams as Esq. So, I’ll have to back off from that... I’m just trying to research all this and learn about it, especially vis-a-vis the 13th amendment(s).

Following that line, if Adams was the first POTUS with an Esq title, it would have occurred before the 13th was ratified in 1819.

I don’t know... I’m still looking. I’d like to seek out the POTUS’s after 1819 that may or may not have been Esq.

There is no missing amendment, this comes up every few years around here.

How dare you introduce facts and rationality into this discussion. I was curious to see how many clowns around here might climb into this particular car.

Oh... The yellow fringe of Maritime law... Every court with a yellow fringe is a proxy vessel at sea. When you pass through that short gate, you have boarded a ship to be judged by Maritime law...

Unconstitutional... But for years and years now...

“They’re OK because they use the yellow fringe on their flags...”

Yep... Her majesties royal Maritime law. Courts with the yellow fringe are the key.

This is NOT a conspiracy theory...

You've forgotten the "Corwin Amendment" which Lincoln supported and which was passed by both houses of congress and which was ratified by five Northern states.

It's still possible to ratify it because it does not have a sunset provision like later amendments did.

So we could theoretically get slavery back.

Hmmm.... interesting!

Thanks for pointing that out. Adds another ingredient into the mix.
