Israel reported on Friday its first suspected case of the monkeypox virus at Tel Aviv hospital where a man who reportedly came back from a trip to Western Europe was hospitalized.
Ichilov Hospital said that the man showed symptoms of the disease, but his condition is currently not life threatening, and he is being monitored while quarantining, Haaretz reported.
Those infected with monkeypox usually experience fever, chills, a rash and lesions on the face and other parts of the body.
The Israeli Health Ministry said on Thursday that it is taking measures to protect against a potential outbreak across Israel and ordered healthcare providers to be aware of any cases showing symptoms of the disease, The Times of Israel reported.

Another factor: “Prolonged face-to-face contact” (ew!)
But (no pun intended) yeah. Seems like it. Bend over, gay men. You’re getting framed for a pandemic again.
Yes, I had read about these. In that exercise summary (it’s a very interesting read) there are recommendations. One is that governments should take a “no regrets” approach to pandemic response.
Also in the summary is a timeline (this was held in 2021) for the scenario. The “fictional” attack date is 15 May 2022. The pathogen is identified as Monkey Pox.
The probability of predicting those two events so precisely back in 2021 seems so small to me that I think this summary is actually a rehearsal of the plan.
I think we’re in for a very rough ride. And I concur, I would take my chances with the Monkey Pox. That is the least of our concerns in my opinion.
Do you have a link to what you mention? 🙂
I probably won’t do this right... but here it goes:

Check out the timeline on Pg 10... it’s simply incredible.
That was it thanks. I wanted it to send on to others. Thank you for the help. BTW, your link worked perfectly. 🙂
