Tech executive Rodney Joffe fed the Alfa Bank hoax to the FBI via two distinct routes, testimony from yesterday’s proceedings in the Michael Sussmann criminal case indicates. This apparent circular reporting further cements Special Counsel John Durham’s Section 1001 false statement case against Sussmann by highlighting the significance of Sussmann’s alleged lie to former FBI General Counsel James Baker.
Sussmann, who is in the middle of week two of his trial in a D.C. federal court, was charged last fall in a one-count indictment with lying to Baker when he provided Baker two flash drives and several “white papers” purporting to establish the existence of a secret communication network between the Russian-based Alfa Bank and the Trump Organization.

Durham wanted to show the jury more emails that showed this but the judge declined because it really has nothing to do with the charge against sussman
But the Defense was going to call a Nytimes reporter. The judge asked the defense what they were going to ask him...
Durhams team said well if they ask him that then we can ask him about these Fusion GPS e-mails. Durhams team said they would help prove the case....the judge implied that he agrees that those e-mails could be discussed if the defense does that route
The defense then said never mind we won’t call the NYtimes reporter after all
The FBI wasn’t deceived. They were in on it.

Who cares about Sussman?
This trial elicited testimony under oath that Hillary knew and approved of a “probably false” smear campaign and that the FBI knew it was false and decided it would be “a fun exercise” to go ahead and carry the ball on the whole thing.
Whether Hillary or anyone in the FBI is ever even charged with anything the whole Russia/Collusion story is dead. Deader than dinosaurs and being buried under mountains of evidence.
In a few months it will be common knowledge that Hillary and the FBI committed sedition level crimes to destroy a presidential election. Their reputations will be forever destroyed and only the most inane fringe leftists will even try to defend them.

As a result, agents investigating the supposed Trump-Alfa Bank network were kept in the dark concerning Sussmann’s role in bringing the data to the FBI. Consequentially, agents were also left unaware of Joffe’s role in procuring the data and whitepapers.”
Having been Special Assistant, DoJ Criminal Division, and Senior Counsel, DoJ Criminal Division, Sussmann KNEW his former colleague would have to treat him as a “confidential source”, thus hiding the corrupt source of the “whitepaper” and concocted files from FBI investigators.
“Lying to the FBI” (Baker), was not some minor inadvertent slip. It was essential to the success of his entire scheme. No honest juror could find Sussmann Not Guilty.
