Watch “The Offer’ streaming on paramount +. Producer Al Rudy’s recollection of the making of the film and the soothing of the Colombo family. Not bad.

Sammy the Bull is a mass murdering rat (at least 19 kills) and a lying piece of trash who couldn’t carry James Caan’s luggage.

Joe Colombo gave him the role. ?What about Peter Falk? Did he also have to get Joe Colombo's permission?

I find it disturbing (to put it mildly) that an admitted murderer and mobster is making serious money from talking about his misdeeds. Witness his podcast series, movie deal, etc.
I wish someone would sue him for what amounts to his ill-gotten gains.

My cousin was the Mob undertaker. He would show a guy in a brand new suit but bury him an old one. He used the same suit all the time for show. My father used to take me to meet some of the mob bosses. I was only 10 at the time. One retired boss loved goldfish. Their bars were dark and scary, gave me the creeps.

James Conn always came off as an arrogant dick With anger management problems. Never much cared for the guy.
I not the least bit surprised. Already hated him for being an uber macho jerkoff, and this makes him even more unlikeable.
